Join the Team
This class provides an overview of what it means to serve at NLCC, the different volunteer areas we have, and the logistics of time commitments and scheduling. In addition we provide every Team Member with a Spiritual Gifts, Personality and Leadership Tool (survey) in order to help them discover their unique God given gifts.
